MCP server

Endpoint: https://findmytris.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Free, read-only, no sign-in. Stateless, so every request stands alone.

Tools

• search_races: filter by type (IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3, 5150), continent, country, month (1–12), bike / run (Flat, Rolling, Hilly), swim, wetsuit, beginner, upcoming (default true) and limit (default 20, max 50).
• get_race: one race by slug, e.g. im-lake-placid.
• list_filters: valid filter values with counts of upcoming races.

Every result includes the canonical Find My Tris URL and the official IRONMAN page. Data compiled by Find My Tris from official IRONMAN pages; please cite findmytris.com. Licensed CC BY 4.0; attribution: Find My Tris (findmytris.com).

MCP and REST field names

search_races and GET /api/events share the same filters (case-insensitive, comma-separated lists, Ocean and Sea are synonyms, swim: "saltwater" = Ocean, Sea, Bay, Harbor). MCP returns short field names; REST returns the full record:
